I've learned that we cannot begin to understand the world around us if we do not understand ourselves.
Reflection, patience, and honest are traits that I try my hardest to bring to any piece of writing that I work on.
To understand why I hold certain beliefs and prejudices, and how I have come to benefit from my inherent and invisible privileges, reflection has been the key to gaining clarity and passion for social justice and equity.
